North Scottsdale Foam Roofing
Foam roofs, recoats and repairs for North Scottsdale's desert-contemporary homes.
North Scottsdale's homes are mostly newer custom and semi-custom builds set into the desert. Many mix pitched tile roofs with flat sections behind parapets over great rooms, courtyards and casitas, and those flat sections are usually foam.
Because the flat areas are tucked out of sight, they're easy to forget until a coating has worn through. Much of the area also sits in the city's Environmentally Sensitive Lands overlay, which has its own design rules, so we check any color requirements with you before picking a coating.
